Travel and Reservation Information

The Brownfields 2006 Travel Desk is the official travel coordinator for the Brownfields 2006 Conference.  Book your reservations early, hotel rooms, airline seats, and cars are limited.  Hotel reservations must be made through the Brownfields 2006 Travel Desk by October 10, 2006, to receive the negotiated room rates. 

Easy online reservations and discounts are available for guest rooms, airfare, and car rental. Reservations require a valid credit card number and expiration date.  Additional information available at the Travel Desk includes:  Hotel List and Map; International Services; and See Boston – a restaurant reservation service. 

Please note that most locations in Boston are easily reachable by public transportation including the airport, hotels, and Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.  All Brownfields 2006 rates and fares are non-commissionable and cannot be combined with other offers.

            2. Complete the reservation questions

Please note: Car rental reservations can only be made after making a hotel reservation.
